Café Bluebird a local Fort Collins Café, a breakfast and lunch menu with a warm welcome atmosphere. While the staff is kind, welcoming, and very helpful; the food is also mouth watering. From something as simple as their homemade coffee cake, to their creative specials the food choice is amazing. New menu items recently added open even more variety of choices. My personal experience was great, a friend and I stop in for an afternoon breakfast (because weekends is just breakfast) the host was very kind when seating us; our waitress was also very kind, checking on us often making sure we were enjoying our food and dining experience. My friend ordered French toast and sausage patties, while I ordered the Huevos Grande, which was fantastic! In all I would say our experience at Café Bluebird was
great, I will defiantly be returning soon. Great job Café Bluebird!

The Huevos Grande which is, a flour tortilla on a bed of crisp potatoes with black beans, vegitarian green chili, melted monterey jack and chedder cheese. Served with two eggs any style with lettuce and tomato.

You need to give directions to this resturant. It looks pretty cool, I would eat there.
