Cafe' Vino
There are many restaurants in Fort Collins a fun, fancy, and delicious restaurant would be, Café Vino. Café Vino is a local Fort Collins restaurant with a twist. The restaurant includes a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. The dinner menu is a Tapas style menu, which means small bites these plates are either served small or large. They have a beautiful full service bar, also a wine room with over 250 wines. Café Vino also has a lot of beautiful art work; the art work is actually hung up on display so that if people who like the art work are able to buy it and enjoy them in their own homes. The art work in hung up are by local Fort Collins artists. The patio is also beautiful; the patio has special table features such as these, the fire table and the water fountain table. I have been into Café Vino a few times, my personal experience in Café Vino was amazing. When I walked into the restaurant I was immediately welcomed by the host. As she walked us to our seats I got a chance to see the restaurants amazing and exciting beauty. Colorful art work decorated the walls, along with beautiful furniture throughout the restaurant. I’m a big pasta fan so I ordered the Pasta Trio. This is two ravioli noodles for each three different flavors. The first was a Crab Ravioli with creamy Saffron sauce. Saffron is the most expensive spice on this earth; it adds a delicate earthy floral taste to the dish. Next, was the Portabella mushroom with porcini mushroom sauce. Finally, was the Wagyu beef in a beef broth. Over all this entire dish was absolutely amazing, full of rich flavors with creamy sauces. The atmosphere was great, the people were friendly, the service was amazing, and the food was phenomenal, all in all Café Vino has done a fine job. I will defiantly be returning to Café Vino very soon. Café Vino is as eco-friendly as they can be; they use as many local and organic purveyors as they possibly can. I would highly recommend any one stopping in at Café Vino for a bite if you have yet to experience the amazing restaurant.
Lark Burger
As soon as I walked into this place it looked very nice and clean. With a simple set up it was perfect for a little burger joint. Although, I have only been into this place once and only had one little thing I enjoyed every minute. My boyfriend took me here and told me I had to try these fries that were apparently “amazing” as he said, so of course I had to try them. Now I realize why he had me try them, they were out of the ordinary and really were amazing. They were called parmesan fries,; I advise you stop in and try an order, or two.

Food For Thought Catering
Although not exactly a Fort Collins food place; this company is a catering company just outside of Fort Collins, on 287 owned by a local Fort Collins resident. The head chef and owner has had the business open and running for nine years; catering for breakfasts, luncheons, and dinners. They cater to different occasions from weddings, to breakfast meetings for businesses. With many full services and delectable recipes Food For Thought is a great choice for many parties and occasions. They have helped me greatly with a few birthday parties. With great display and fabulous food and service. Call Food For Thought for your next big event.
Noodles
Delicious food and relaxed atmosphere. This is the perfect place for past lovers. From mac n cheese to penne Rosa, my favorite thing to order would have to be the pesto cavatappi. Although the food is quiet delicious and the service is quiet nice as well; one thin g I have noticed is the lack of cleaning up they do. Leaving tables dirty and piled with dishes. I once watched a woman move dishes from one table to another, just so her and her kids could sit down. I advise to you maybe just stop in and get your food to-go; but the food is very good and defiantly worth trying out.

HuHot Mongolian Grill
HuHot Mongolian Grill one of my favorite places to go out and eat at! HuHot is amazingly tasty and puts on a fun little show for you as they cook your meal right in front of you. You begin by picking from many ingredients; with meats, veggies, oils and others. You add them all into your bowl or bowls then head up to the flat top stove. There you hand over your choices to the cooks where they sear up your food right before your eyes. Putting on a little show if you’re lucky. This warm restaurant is a great to take the family out to eat; or maybe a fun date with the boyfriend or girlfriend. No matter the reason, I suggest you go stop in now!

Cafe Bluebird
Café Bluebird a local Fort Collins Café, a breakfast and lunch menu with a warm welcome atmosphere. While the staff is kind, welcoming, and very helpful; the food is also mouth watering. From something as simple as their homemade coffee cake, to their creative specials the food choice is amazing. New menu items recently added open even more variety of choices. My personal experience was great, a friend and I stop in for an afternoon breakfast (because weekends is just breakfast) the host was very kind when seating us; our waitress was also very kind, checking on us often making sure we were enjoying our food and dining experience. My friend ordered French toast and sausage patties, while I ordered the Huevos Grande, which was fantastic! In all I would say our experience at Café Bluebird was great, I will defiantly be returning soon. Great job Café Bluebird!

The French toast and sausage patties. Homemade wheat toast dusted with powdered sugar.
The Huevos Grande which is, a flour tortilla on a bed of crisp potatoes with black beans, vegitarian green chili, melted monterey jack and chedder cheese. Served with two eggs any style with lettuce and tomato.
